Our medical temperature probes are divided into groups related to measuring points and patient categories
 
The program of medical temperature probes and sensors for use with integrated patient monitoring systems and other temperature monitors,
is divided into groups regarding measuring points and categories of patients. As an unique feature the program consists of sensors designed exclusively
for rectal use, with a shaping that locks the sensors in the correct position, which in particular is important with restless and febrile patients.
 
The Central Series:
The O-series medical temperature probes, are designed for central body temperature measurement in esophagus, nasopharynx. Also suitable for rectal use The program consists of: D-OS2 for neonates and prematures.  - D-OS3 for larger children  - D-OS4 for adults,
 
The Surface Series:
 The S-series, medical temperature probes are designed for body surface temperature measurements, such as thorax, armpit, arms, legs, fingertips and toes.  
The D-S06 is for neonates and prematures, The D-S10 is for larger children. Both types are made of solid stainless steel
The D-S18 is for adult patients and consisting of a solid plastic housing with a thin stainless steel disk.
 
The Rectal Series:
The RA4, RB3 and RB2 series medical temperature probes are designed with a medium rigid zone from the tip and 40 - 60 mm inside the cable
The D-RA5 and D-RB4 series medical temperature probes are supplied with flanges ensuring that the probes remain in correct position behind,
and locked by the rectal sphincter. This feature is eliminating misreading appearing from a partly escaped probe.
A probe outside its correct position, can easily cause potential misreading, resulting in wrong diagnosis and therapy.
